Sales and Delivery Terms

Below you will find useful information regarding the use of online payment. You can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more. When HVIDSAND is written below, it is used as a synonym for Hvide Sande Hotel.

Payment

Alle priser oplyst i HVIDSAND’s online betalingsystemet er ligesom alle andre steder på hjemmesiden oplyst i danske kroner inklusive moms og alle afgifter med mindre andet er oplyst og klart fremgår i den pågældende situation.

Betaling foregår ved at benytte et af de godkendte betalingskort/ kreditkort i online betaling, herunder blandt andet Dankort, Visa, Mastercard og Diners. Der er ikke pålagt et gebyr på handel, der foregår gennem online booking.

Information about Online Trading

You can safely shop on the internet through our online payment system. As a consumer, you are generally protected against possible misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. Shipping and Delivery

When booking and paying for a room or apartment, you will be presented with a contract from HVIDSAND showing the account for your purchase. The contract can be printed from the website after completed booking, and is also sent via email immediately after the purchase if a correct email address has been provided by the buyer.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at HVIDSAND on the arrival day (and ends upon departure on the departure day). Both of these times are stated in the above-mentioned contract.

Cancellation Policy
Rules for 1-6 Nights

Rooms or apartments reserved for 1 to 6 nights can be cancelled up to 5 days before arrival by 11:00 AM.

For later cancellations, the customer must pay for the nights.

If cancelled after the deadline, the guest pays for the nights at current list prices.

In case of no show, the guest pays for the nights at current list prices.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email or fax.

Rules for 7-29 Nights

Rooms or apartments reserved for more than 6 nights can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival by 11:00 AM. For later cancellations, the customer must pay for the nights.

If cancelled after the deadline, the guest pays for the nights at current list prices.

In case of no show, the guest pays for the nights at current list prices.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email or fax.

Rules for 30+ Nights

Rooms or apartments reserved for more than 29 nights can be cancelled with 7 days notice.

If cancelled after the deadline, the guest pays for the nights at current list prices.

In case of no show, the guest pays for all nights at current list prices.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email or fax.

Reservation of Multiple Rooms and Apartments (Group Bookings)

If the customer has reserved more than two rooms or holiday apartments, the cancellation deadline is seven days.

If cancelled after the deadline, the guest pays for the nights at current list prices.

In case of no show, the guest pays the number of days at current list prices.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email or fax.

Registration of Information

HVIDSAND registers your name, address, email and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer file. The information is not passed on, but HVIDSAND retains the registration for five years.

HVIDSAND uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.

When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server where the data is encrypted before being sent over the internet.

Complaints Handling

If for any reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or phone number below.

Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error upon normal review of your contract. You can complain in writing or verbally. One year after receipt of the goods (the stay), the right to complain expires pursuant to the Sale of Goods Act §83, paragraph 1, unless otherwise agreed.

When HVIDSAND receives your complaint about a product, the complaint will be processed as quickly as possible. HVIDSAND will decide whether the received product should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
